Somerset Art Weeks Festival 2015
- Norman Parker
Norman once again takes us on a journey, challenging us, turning our preconceptions on their heads and making us see the world through the eyes of another.
- Laura Merrit
Laura's textile-based work is an exploration of the different ways of manipulating, bonding, mark-making and layering of fabrics. Applying a combination of different techniques from embellishing through to disperse colour ink printing, her pieces are vibrant and quirky.
- Thalia Brown
Exhibiting her photographs for the very first time, Thalia has captured floras and fauna of our countryside over the course of a single year. She specialises in catching the tiniest details of light upon our stunning wildlife, turning everything she sees into beautiful jewels.
- David Alderslade
Exhibiting for the first time as part of Somerset Art Weeks, David is showing his latest work. Specialising in our fabulous landscape, he has just been taking part in the BBC's Landscape Artist of the Year where he came second! It is now your chance to see the work from this amazingly talented artist for yourselves.
- Christopher Fry
Once again Chris shares with us his love of Somerset - the countryside and our more illusive fellow creatures.
- Caroline Lir
A Spiritual Artist creatively exploring the essence of our souls
- Ben Chidgey
